Enjoy natural beauty at this historic retreat on the banks of the Shenandoah River. Built in 1739, Stonewall Crossing sits on 24 beautiful acres with nearly a quarter mile of riverfront views, a meadow, a quarry, and views of the Massanutten mountain ridge.
Stonewall Crossing is a unique, welcoming respite in the countryside that sits on the banks of this historic river. The original two-story log cabin has been beautifully renovated. The lower level serves as the central hub for gathering. A log-cabin Great Room, complete with a bluestone fireplace built from rock quarried on the property includes a movie projector and screen. In all, the house features four large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Stonewall Crossing features luxurious, modern amenities. A fully appointed, chef’s-quality kitchen with granite countertops opens to the dining room--perfect for cooking, entertaining, and gathering to enjoy special meals. Off the dining room and surrounding the house is a two-story deck overlooking the river and perfect for socializing, watching the sunset, stargazing, or relaxing with a good book.
