If you have any questions, please contact me prior to booking. 4 Br/ 3 Ba home on the beach right off 30A, right on the beach. 1800 sq. ft. 2 story home with large family room, dining area, breakfast bar, king master bedroom, bath and queen bed with separate bath on first level. Second level has two bedrooms, one queen and the other has two twin beds, one bath, and laundry room. Equipped with Wi-Fi and YoutubeTV. Beautiful views of the beach from the family room or sit on the patio or deck and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. No more packing up the car, kids, beach toys to get to the beach, just walk down our private beach access. Central AC, enclosed outdoor shower. Minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and fresh seafood. BBQ grill. Ample parking for 4 vehicles. Rentals run weekly from Saturday at 4:00pm (check-in) through 10:00am the following Saturday (check-out). You will receive an emailed information package with key access, wi-fi code, etc. when the second payment is made to VRBO.
