This beautiful one-story three three-bedroom, 2 bath beach house new to our rental program offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and 2 porches, one is an enclosed back porch overlooking the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge the other is off of the kitchen and is not enclosed. There is also a patio and sand (play) area out back.
You’ll find a spacious living room with 2 sofas and a recliner, the dining room has a 6-seat table with chandelier overhead. The kitchen is fully appointed with a breakfast counter with 2 seats, and a small eat in kitchen table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator with ice and water maker in door, microwave, Keurig and a 2 c. coffee maker, dishwasher. The laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer with a utility sink. Just off the living room is a large enclosed back porch overlooking the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge.
The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
