Large pool Luxuriously appointed, tons of amenities. 5 bedrooms/ premium bedding. The fully appointed kitchen. The large dinning table sits 8. Formal sitting room w Italian leather sofas, a chimney and an upright piano. 3 full baths. Pool table /entertainment/exercise room w large TV, full wet bar, a multi station Paramount exercise machine and spinning bike.

The house is part of the Miami River District which is made up of historical homes built by the founders of Miami. It is a quiet and safe area w a large waterfront park across the street. You can walk to Marlins Park and its located minutes from Miami Beach, Wynwood and Brickell.

4. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Neither the Property Owner or the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, this includes the use of the swimming pool on the premises at any time. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises
6.Neither the property owner nor the property manager is responsible for the guest`s loss of personal belongings or valuables.
7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses
9. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time
10. All guests staying 2 weeks, or more are required to have an additional cleaning at guest’s expense paid at time of booking. Host will send requests for funds through the resolution center.
11. Gas Grill (if available) will be maintained and cleaned after each use of. If not, guests will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning.
