This beautifully appointed home in a gated community is brand new to the rental market. All new furnishings, bedding, and everything you need to make this the perfect getaway vacation.
Upon entering, you will be captivated by the water view from the wall of windows that lead out to your private deck. The open concept floor plan allows your entire group to be together while cooking in the gourmet kitchen (SS appliances, gas stove, high-end cabinetry, and marble countertops), dining, catching a show on the large screen TV, or just watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal.
There is gorgeous new flooring (NO carpeting) throughout.
This main floor also features a king bedroom with a full bath and a jetted tub. A large full-sized laundry room is off the kitchen.
Up one flight (on the floating stairs) is the enormous king-sized primary bedroom with a large en suite bath. The tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks set the tone for luxury. There is also a separate water closet.
A trundle bed, sleeping 2, is also in the primary bedroom if you want to keep the little ones close! There is also a private sound front deck.
Down the hall is the third bedroom with another king and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also a small private waterview balcony off this bedroom.
On the ground level, there is a small "game" room, with 2 twin pull-out chairs/beds, large flat screen TV, a half bath, and access to the backyard.
A propane grill is also here for your use.
There is garage parking for 1 car, and driveway parking for 2 more. Note that no street parking is permitted in this neighborhood.

Just a 2-minute walk to the community pool and tennis court, and the Gulf beach is a short 10-minute walk away.
The owners have added a kayak and a paddleboard to enjoy during your stay!
