A dedicated workspace and bonus reading nook on this level add flexibility for those who need a quiet corner.

The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Two dining tables - each seating up to eight - handle the full group with ease, while a breakfast bar offers a casual spot for quicker meals. A coffee maker, toaster, and BBQ utensils are all on hand for relaxed cooking and outdoor grilling.
Sleeping arrangements
The third floor holds three ocean-facing bedrooms with balcony access and sunrise views: a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms sharing a hallway bath. On the ground floor, a king bedroom offers a quieter retreat, while the bunkroom features two sets of bunk beds, a wraparound couch, a coffee table, a TV, and a selection of games - an ideal hangout for younger guests.
