MY SUMMER'S DREAM,a spacious 900 sq ft 3 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment located in historic Coral Gables.The property has a lush garden with a barbecue area, outdoor dining and sitting spaces. You will enter thur the front garden into the main building first floor apartment #2 blue door. The main living area is designed with soft whites colors , accessorize In a beach chic feel through out . A open space design is ideal for family and friends gatherings. The dining area sits 6 comfortably, open to a sand/green cabinetry finish which immediately gives you a relax vibe.This chef's kitchen is equipped for any cutlery delight ,3 sets of plate designs so you can use your imagination to present your breakfast ,lunch or dinner details. Relax and order in or cook either way you will feel as if you are in a 5 star beach cottage ,minutes away from downtown Coral Gables, vast selection of restaurants, bars, clubs ,golf and tennis parks and resorts.
The 3 bedrooms are unique in design ,but with one common goal their linen bedding, European cotton sheets, all down pillows and soft color palette is for a luxurious relaxation of the mind and body.
The master bedroom is spacious with a large his / hers closet, queen bed, work space, TV /sitting area and a private patio....relax and enjoy is the vibe.
The sun bedroom has a window wall, a full-size bed , a storage cabinet and a great leather lounge chair.
In the center of the apt we have an open design we call the study with a twin day bed for days u wish to lay and read or work on our designated desk . A vintage over sized tropical art governs the room.
The bathroom has a bath/shower with all the amenities needed ,towels ,hair and bathing products, hairdryer.... all you need is your toothpaste and toothbrush.....
