This condo has been totally rebuilt and renovated post Ian Hurricane. The kitchen comes complete with all the cooking supplies you will ever need. The condo comes furnished with a king size master bed, new queen size memory foam sofa bed, washing machine and dryer (in the unit), Xfinity Gigabit internet service with lighting fast speeds, tile shower, a 55" Smart TV in the living room, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and washing machine soap. You will enjoy the newly appointed lanai as you watch and listen to the waves and spot dolphin playing in the water. Our world class Sundial Beach Resort and Spa offers numerous restaurants and a lively Cabana bar open to the public. The Resort was awarded the 2023 Travelers' Choice Winner by Trip Advisor. For a quiet pool experience, our pool has been completely renovated with new bath facilities, shower, and beach loungers.
