This bright, spacious, elegantly decorated three bedroom, two bath home, with its beautiful canal view, is an ideal spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The great room is very inviting with comfortable furniture, 42" LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is open to the lanai/pool area and easily accessible from the large sliders which also make the villa very bright and airy. There is a sitting area right off the great room to sit, put your feet up, and read a book.
