Casa Primavera is a large villa situated on the shores of a lagoon-style lake that does offer Gulf-access waterfront via Matlacha Pass - perfect for the serious fishing enthusiast. Casa Primavera offers 2 kayaks for guests to enjoy. If you wish to use them, a waiver has to be signed.
Casa Primavera is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. Casa Primavera features Roku TV services. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
