Villa CHARISMA is fully air conditioned, has a wireless high speed internet, a stereo, LCD TV in the living room (55 inch), master bedroom (32 inch), Cabana (32 inch), ceiling fans, washing machine and Dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of household items. A table for 8 people and a huge gas grill in tropical garden with pool (electric pool heating). For the sun four loungers are available. In the main house are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. In addition we do have two full size cribs. A separate in-law suite with integrated kitchen and bathroom can accommodate 4 more people. Also the villa has a double garage. The villa is situated in an excellent location in the southwest (salt water area) in a quiet area of an upscale residential area.
Villa Charisma got a new HVAC in 2021, new pavers in patio and driveway in 2022 as well as new tile floors, new paint inside outside and a new roof in 2023.
