Amenities include impeccable tennis courts as well as an in-ground pool, bbq grill, and coin laundry facilities. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and a fishing pole to help you enjoy you beach days (only 1.9 miles to Sanibel Lighthouse Beach). You you will also have two beach cruiser bikes available for exploring the miles of bike paths. Please note there is a two week minimum rental requirement during the months of February, March, and April.
