Located a few minutes walk from downtown Cedarville, where you can find a grocery store, banks, restaurants, pizza parlour, bars, shops, an ice cream parlour, a park, antiques and museums. This house is positioned perfectly for views of the July 4th parade which starts right on this street!
This property boasts large grounds, great for families. A large deck overlooking scenic Cedarville bay, ideal for taking in the view, relaxing or having a BBQ. There is also a lakeside firepit, perfect for a relaxing evening around a fire or watching the July 4th fireworks!.
