This absolutely charming 4 bedroom 1.5 Bath (sleeps 7) cottage just off 6A & Stony Brook Road has an ideal location and allows for easy & quick access to many Brewster (and Dennis) favorites and makes day trips around the Cape a breeze!
The stroll towards Paine's Creek and the Beach leads you past The Cape House Seafood (formerly Kate's) near Luke's Liquors & not far from the Lemon Tree Village shops.
The property is off Stony Brook Road just a short distance to the Historic Brewster Grist Mill & Herring Run as well as a selection of choice ponds in the area. There are also many hiking trails through the nearby conservation lands and at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History.
The cottage has many quaint touches and lovely hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Freshly appointed with tasteful furniture and decor throughout the spacious first floor bedroom has a King sized bed with an amazing handcrafted wood frame.
The Kitchen and 1st floor full bath have been nicely remodeled with granite countertops, vintage-looking oven and stove with modern internals and a restored antique claw foot tub!
Two adult bikes & kayaks are available for your use while staying here as well as a great selection of board and yard games to be enjoyed by young and old alike!
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
