Our Place is located on Bull Shoals Lake within 1000 acres of protected land placed in a conservation easement to prevent development, remain a home for wildlife and preserve the beauty of nature.
This is a very secluded property and getting to it is part of the fun! The last three miles to this property are down good old-fashioned dirt/gravel roads. The roads are suitable and easily travelled by cars and trucks alike without the need for 4-wheel drive. It is a place get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the presence of nature. The lake is a few steps away from the front door and there are cleared and blazed hiking trails that allow you to get out into the woods without getting lost! While relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere, you can still stay connected with free WiFi access. Watch birds, deer, turkey, and other wildlife from the home's deck or screened-in porch. A fisherman’s paradise with direct access to Bull Shoals Lake less than 50 yards from the front door! You can swim, fish, or just watch the sunset.
