Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level has a rec room with ping pong table and a second sunroom. Another bedroom and full bathroom are located above the garage with separate access. There is a cart path leading the the dock. Owner keeps boat in slip but there is room to tie up on side.
