This newly renovated, 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, direct water front cottage(duplex) is centrally located for whatever your needs. This is truly New Englands coastal living at its finest. The space
Quiet, cozy, cute, direct waterfront duplex provides it all. Originally, built in 1887, with recent updates, we were able to keep the original cottage feel while adding tasteful, intentional, updates.
The property provides a perfect amount of space and privacy to share with friends or family.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom comes with a queen sized bed and overlooks the sound. While the other bedroom a king bed with island/water views. There’s a half bath separating both rooms.
The main area downstairs comes with a bedroom that has a convertible king daybed and direct water views.
